A life long resident of Carroll County, Charlie has been in business there and the
surrounding area for thirty years. Upon receiving his real estate license in 2007, his
career took an unexpected turn when asked to handle some commercial transactions. That turned into a site selection service for a major developer and the creation of his own company. Over the next ten years his company handled over 300 sites for various national retailers.
