After 10 years with Dunton Commercial, Charles Nusbaum joined Antonoff & Company Brokerage Inc. in 2018. With thirty-five years of retail, office and industrial leasing, sales and management experience, he continues to offer expert consultation to tenants, buyers, landlords and sellers to best meet their real estate goals.
Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, Charles earned his degree from Washington & Lee University and spent seven years with what is now Transwestern in Vienna, VA. He returned to Norfolk to grow his family’s full service real estate brokerage firm before it was acquired in 2001 by Thalhimer Commercial, a large regional broker. Charles subsequently moved to Colorado where he ventured into business brokerage with VR Business Brokers, assisting buyers and sellers of independently owned businesses as well as new and existing franchises. As the real estate industry recovered, he seized opportunities to return to leasing and management with assignments at TEBO Development, Western Centers, D. J. Fleisher Co. and RBI Retail Brokers. A master at networking, Charles prides himself in creating win-win situations through relationship building. He enjoys matching people with the right circumstances and genuinely cares about the success of all involved.
