Charles Ogburn has been a real estate broker for over 40 years and has represented exclusively Big 5 Sporting Goods in the 12 western states. Charles has completed over 200 real estate transactions for new Big 5 stores as well as a million square foot warehouse in Riverside and a 40,000 square foot office space in El Segundo. Several years ago, Charles represented Big 5 in an additional warehouse of 190,000 square feet in Riverside.
