Charles Perry serves as Senior Director of Industrial and Land Services with Franklin Street in Atlanta. With a primary focus on industrial tenant representation and land disposition, he specializes in site selection, market analysis, financial analysis and lease negotiations.
A 10-year commercial real estate veteran, Mr. Perry has completed an array of complex transactions for local, national and global clients throughout his career. He has also been involved in several development projects and is experienced in the land entitlement process.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Perry served as a Senior Vice President with Morgan Investment Properties, where he oversaw the market analysis and site selection for new developments and represented landowners in property dispositions. Prior to that, he worked with Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta, where he gained a strong knowledge of the region’s submarkets and developed valuable relationships with owners, developers, and listing agents of industrial properties.
