Charles has been a residential real estate developer for more than 35 years and is Executive Vice President of The KRE Group. Mr. Scheinerman has broad expertise in land acquisition, the approval process, construction, sales and property management During the last several years, he has overseen the assemblage and development of over $300,000,000 in multifamily Class A garden apartment properties located in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. Mr. Scheinerman graduated from Queens College in 1972 where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
