Charlie began his career with United Equities Inc., focusing on construction supervision, leasing and development. After 6 years at United Equities, Charlie joined Boyd Page as a tenant rep broker for retailers such as CVS, 99 cent Only, and Children’s Learning Adventure. He also worked with developers including Crosswell Greenwood and Kimco leasing new projects as well as existing properties in their portfolios. Charlie’s role at Clay is to coordinate construction with clients, as well as business development, project negotiations, and project bidding.
