Bio
Having joined Savills in 2023, Charlie sits within the European investment & development team in Savills' operational capital markets division, providing consultancy, transactional, structuring and financing services across European operational real estate. The team specialises in the multifamily, co-living, PBSA and senior living sectors.
OCM's Europe team have transacted in 12 different continental European countries in the last five years, equating to tens of thousands of units and more than €5 billion of investment.
Having qualified from Newcastle University with a BA(Hons) in Geography, Charlie has subsequently achieved an MSc in Real Estate from the University of the Built Environment.
