Bio
Charlie is a Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at TexStone Capital, where he focuses on underwriting, development execution, leasing coordination, and the capitalization of deals across both debt and equity for the firm’s retail portfolio. His role spans transaction analysis, lender and capital partner coordination, and asset-level strategy across ground-up and value-add retail projects.
Prior to joining TexStone, Charlie spent five years at Lincoln Property Company working across acquisitions, development, and asset management. He contributed to more than $500 million in retail transactions, including single-tenant assets, strip centers, and power centers, and worked across company-owned assets, joint ventures, and institutional partnerships.
Charlie earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing an MBA in Real Estate Finance at Southern Methodist University. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Clara.
