Charlie is an Associate in Transwestern’s Fort Worth Office supporting every aspect of industrial leasing and sales. He works under Principal Leland Prowse.
During his Senior Year at Texas Christian University, Charlie interned at Transwestern for Leland Prowse. After graduating from TCU, Charlie accepted a full-time associates position. Charlie performs all aspects of representation including market research, strategic planning, site evaluation, selection and tours, as well as proposal requests and comparative analysis. Prior to Transwestern Charlie interned at Wilson, Hull & Neal in Atlanta, GA.
Charlie Received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas Christian University’s Neely School of Business in 2022. He is a licensed Real Estate Professional.
