Charles “Charlie” Parrish is a Vice President, Principal Broker and Officer with The Wilton Companies. He is responsible for the overall management and leasing of Wilton’s extensive commercial real estate portfolio.
As Principal Broker of Wilton’s brokerage arm, Wilton Realty, LLC, Charlie leads and oversees land and commercial property sales, as well as the leasing of office, retail, and warehouse properties throughout the Richmond Metro area.
With a client-first approach, Charlie specializes in delivering strategic solutions to a wide range of commercial real estate brokerage needs. His expertise is grounded in continuous market research, deep knowledge of GIS mapping systems, and ongoing collaboration with area brokers to identify optimal opportunities for his clients. Known for his strong professional network and personable approach, Charlie consistently generates successful transactions that distinguish him within the commercial real estate industry.
