With a passion the real estate industry, Charlie leverages his skills and knowledge to assist clients in finding their ideal multifamily investment properties and development sites. Born and raised in the Seattle area, Charlie attended the University of Washington Foster School of Business where he majored in finance with a minor in real estate. After college, Charlie entered the fields of finance and accounting, working at prominent firms such as Columbia Pacific Advisors, Pilot Ventures and Standish Management where he honed his analytical abilities and managed a demanding workload. At WCCR, he applies this background in finance, accounting and analysis with real estate, leveraging WCCR's dynamic platform as a member of the Multifamily Team.
