Charlie Scott joined New Regional Planning in 2017, bringing a strong foundation in finance and a disciplined, results-driven approach to commercial real estate. Raised in Madison, Mississippi, he earned the rank of Eagle Scout and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Managerial Finance and a minor in Psychology. While at Ole Miss, Charlie played fullback on the football team, where he developed a strong work ethic, accountability, and a team-first mindset that continue to shape his professional approach.
At New Regional Planning, Charlie focuses on leasing, land sales, and tenant representation, with experience across both Texas and Mississippi markets. He works alongside a team of professionals specializing in market research, development, property management, and brokerage, allowing him to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Charlie is currently working with Greg Stackhouse, representing Burlington Stores across Houston, El Paso, and Texas small markets, with an emphasis on identifying strategic retail opportunities and executing successful site selection and lease negotiations.
