Charmagne Chappell is a licensed real estate broker and the president of Friendly Realty, Inc. since 1996 but has been in the business since 1979. Charmagne is also the President of Atlas Mortgage, Inc. FKA, Shorette Mortgage, Inc. since 1986. With knowledge of the guidelines for financing and various programs available this helps tremendously when showing homes to prospective buyers. Each client is treated as if they are the only client. No question is left unanswered.

Residing in Central Florida since 1964 there have been a lot of changes over the decades in the area.
