Chas Henry serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Acquisitions at Meyer Jabara Hotels, where he leads the company’s growth strategy through acquisitions, equity partnerships, and third-party management contracts. Joining the company in 2024, Henry is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities and expanding Meyer Jabara’s presence in key markets across the United States.
Before joining Meyer Jabara Hotels, Henry was Vice President of Business Development and Acquisitions at GF Hotels & Resorts, where he focused on portfolio growth through acquisitions, new development, and management agreements. His experience spans full-service hotels, resorts, and conference centers nationwide.
Henry brings nearly a decade of hospitality development expertise and a strong network of investor relationships. A former professional football player with the Philadelphia Eagles and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he leverages his competitive drive and leadership skills in the hospitality sector. He holds a degree from the University of Florida, where he remains active as a board member of the Bergstrom Real Estate Advisory Board. Based in Tampa, Florida, Henry is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events.
