Bio
Chase joined the Stratford Group in August of 2019, where his sole focus is brokering suburban land and lots. He works with Buyers and Sellers throughout North Texas. Chase began his career at Bright Realty doing retail leasing. That was followed by learning the land business at Davidson Bogel Real Estate. He learned a lot during his time there and established valuable relationships with land owners, brokers, developers, builders, and investors.
Chase is a Dallas native who went to Highland Park High School then attended the University of Georgia for his undergraduate degree in Business.
Chase enjoys spending time with friends and his growing family, going to the lake, playing golf, watching sports (notably Georgia Bulldogs football), and spending time outdoors. When he's not working on land deals, you can bet he's with his weimaraner appropriately named Georgia.
