Chase Dominguez is an Associate in Northmarq’s Atlanta office. With an analytical and financial background, Dominguez brings extensive capital markets knowledge and expertise to his team’s advisory platform. Dominguez is directly responsible for identifying and underwriting opportunities for investors, exchangers, and users. With integrity and intentionality, Dominguez prioritizes his clients’ needs by seeking out optimal opportunities. He conducts ample market research to determine site alternatives, cap rate trends, and market rental rates. He also analyzes tenant credit and cash flow projections to guide property valuations and lease negotiations. Before joining Northmarq, Dominguez served as an Associate at Stan Johnson Company.
Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Dominguez was an Executive Assistant for City of Refuge, Inc. While in this role, he developed user-friendly software for the company website and traveled to various cities to manage large events and fundraisers. Dominguez spent a year as head of hospitality management and strategy, raising over $20 million toward the launch of an anti-human trafficking campaign.
