Chase Hansen is a Senior Associate at CBRE in Los Angeles, where he advises corporate, institutional, and public-sector clients on real estate strategy across regional and national markets.
Chase and his team bring extensive experience representing corporate and institutional clients across their full spectrum of real estate needs, including acquisitions, analyses, dispositions, market research, proposal development, and lease and sale negotiations. He has led complex tenant representation assignments for both national and regional organizations, advising clients through workplace strategy, site selection, and deal structuring. His experience supporting corporate occupiers gives him a comprehensive understanding of business priorities and a strategic advantage in negotiating outcomes aligned with his clients’ operational and financial goals.
Chase began his real estate career in 2020, and in 2023, he founded the Real Estate Alumni Association at Michigan State University, creating a formal network for Spartan alumni across the real estate industry. He also serves on the Real Estate Development Advisory Board at Michigan State University and is an advisor of the Board for Students for Safe Water, a nonprofit he co-founded in high school to fund clean water initiatives in underserved communities. In his free time, Chase enjoys spending time with family and friends.
