. Chase focuses on the origination and the valuation of commercial real estate assets throughout New York City, primarily in Midtown Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Previously, Chase was a Commercial Real Estate Valuation Intern at Invictus Property Advisors. Chase has also had several previous roles, some of which include working as a Client Service Intern at O’Shaunessey Asset Management, Analyst at the Colgate Investment Group, and as an Analyst for the Colgate Commercial Real Estate Group.
Chase holds a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University. During his time at Colgate, was a member of the Colgate men's club soccer team, Mu of Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, and was manager of the Colgate women’s varsity lacrosse team.
