Chase Mathews supports clients of the OnPace Capital Markets platform with disposition and acquisition strategies. His responsibilities include analyzing and selling industrial and office properties across the US. Most recently a Senior Associate at Capital Real Estate Group, Chase began his career on the Team at CBRE, where he first joined his current business partners, Tom Shafer and John Hinson.
During his tenure at CBRE, Chase was a member and graduate of their renowned Financial Consulting Group (FCG) training program. Additionally, he completed the summer program at the London School of Economics.
Chase has facilitated over $2B worth of real estate transactions and counting. A Nashville, TN native, Chase received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Georgia.
