Bio
Chase focuses on leasing for Wheelhouse Development. Being the son of an entrepreneur and businessman, he cut his teeth on hard work, risk/reward, and resourcefulness from a young age, knowing that any sort of success ultimately stems from good relationships built on trust and competence. He brings a decade of diverse sales and business development experience.
Chase and his wife, Brittany, spent several years overseas working in the nonprofit world with a focus on building key relationships with locals and government officials in order to promote local business as community development. They later returned home and helped his brother manage and run his family’s physical therapy practice. Having been in commercial appraisal after graduating from Texas Tech University, Chase knew he eventually wanted to be in commercial brokerage. He and his wife loved the West Texas frame of mind and saw lots of opportunities for business and a great place to raise a family.
When not at work – Chase spends his time chasing down his three little girls with his baby boy in tow. They are involved with their local church, Redeemer, and they love hosting college kids, neighbors, and friends.
I am a real estate broker and business development specialist with 18+ years of experience. As such, I have consistently exceeded performance targets, and I am adept at achieving significant revenue impacts with minimal resource expenditure.
