Active in real estate since 2006 and full time in the industry since 2012, Chase is responsible for identifying strategic land opportunities, evaluating asset potential, negotiating transactions, and supporting the company’s long-term development pipeline. Since joining The Signorelli Company, Chase has led acquisition efforts on more than 5,000 acres of land representing over 13,000 future residential lots, significantly contributing to the company’s continued growth and position as a leading regional developer.
Before joining The Signorelli Company, Chase built extensive experience across the real estate landscape, developing expertise in market analysis, land sourcing, deal negotiation, and project evaluation. His background includes years of hands-on involvement in Texas land markets, where he refined a data-driven, relationship-centered approach to acquisition strategy.
