Chelsea joined Alterra in April 2023 as a Lease Administrator within the IOS team. Prior to joining Alterra, Chelsea was a Lease Management Analyst within the accounting department at Gopuff, a Philadelphia based startup. Previously, she worked in leasing and property management at PMC Property Group. Chelsea holds her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh. She currently resides in South Philadelphia with her fiancé and their dog.
