Chelsea joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes in multi-housing and land investment advisory transactions throughout Southern California. Throughout her career, she has been involved in the equity placement or sale of more than 20,000 units totaling approximately $4 billion in volume. Prior to focusing on the multi-housing sector, Chelsea was involved in the sale of approximately seven million square feet of commercial space totaling approximately $2 billion. Chelsea began her career in real estate at HFF in December 2014. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she studied finance and psychology. While pursuing her degrees, she held internships in both real estate finance and wealth management.
