Born and raised in the suburbs of Tigard and Tualatin, Chelsie began her 20-year real estate career in the escrow industry in 2002. Two years later, she became the marketing and office manager of a start-up real estate brokerage on Mississippi Avenue in North Portland, a role that naturally led her to become a licensed broker after relocating to Olympia, Washington. Years later, feeling homesick, she returned to Portland and continued in residential real estate, assisting her cherished clients with buying and selling their homes.
Always eager to learn and grow professionally, Chelsie transitioned into commercial real estate in 2024. Since then, she has expanded her knowledge of Portland and its many unique businesses, bringing a fresh perspective to her clients.
A natural-born assistant, Chelsie considers real estate sales one of the highest forms of service, which she loves and feels honored to do. She has lived in the Alameda neighborhood of NE Portland for 10 years and frequently enjoys nearby restaurants and parks with her husband, James (also a Realtor), their daughter Teagan, and their energetic black lab, Tucker.
