Bio
In partnership with Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic and national healthcare teams, Cheri leverages robust relationships with health systems and 20 years of dedicated real estate experience in the medical sector to expand the firm’s market presence and guide clients to measurable, value-creating solutions.
Before joining Transwestern, Doyle was managing director at J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., and senior vice president at Trammel Crow Company, where she sourced and oversaw development and investment opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. She also served as regional real estate manager and strategic planner at Hammes Company and a strategic planner and senior living administrator at Inova Health System. Over the course of her career, Cheri has consulted on over 3 million square feet of healthcare and senior housing development. Her notable clients include Bon Secours, Main Line Health, Sentara Health System, and Bayhealth.
Cheri is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Urban Land Institute’s Healthcare Council of Philadelphia. She is a licensed real estate broker in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In 2025, the Governor of Delaware appointed her to the Delaware Health Care Commission for a four-year term.
Cheri earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.
