Background and Experience: Cheri Long has over 30+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
Cheri has worked in many areas of Commercial Real Estate which includes but is not limited to Investment sales, Land redevelopment, Industrial, Office and Retail Sales & Leasing along with Agra Land sales throughout Alberta and British Columbia.
Cheri is only one of 2500 +/- commercial brokers worldwide with a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation conferred by NAR; She works a great deal with overseas buyers whether from Asia, India and Europe.
Cheri has been a member of the Hong Kong Business Association since 1994 and was a past director between 2006 and 2009 (http://calgary.hkcba.com/cpages/home).
She is also a member of Asian Real Estate Association Vancouver Chapter (http://www.areaa.org/). Even with Cheri's busy schedule she still finds time to volunteer at the Children’s Hospital.
While developing her skills, Cheri has involved herself for 12 years with many charitable foundations and committees. She served on the TWH Saunders Committee for 4 years along with the Awards Committee for an additional 4 years and the Commercial Committee for 1 year (all part of the Calgary Real Estate Board). Past member Commercial member on the Commercial Industry Council of RECA for 2 terms (Real Estate Council of Alberta).
