Cheryl Routson was born and raised in Lilburn, Georgia. She joined TSCG in 2015 following a successful 10+ year career in real estate capital markets and commercial real estate lending in Atlanta and Washington DC. Cheryl specializes in tenant representation, land assemblage, and big box disposition and works closely with her clients to develop and execute real estate entry, expansion, and relocation strategies throughout Georgia. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Marketing
