Chintan Sheth serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Navika Group of Companies & Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. As part of the executive team of both Navika & Blue Sky Hospitality, Mr. Sheth is responsible for the financial performance of its diversified commercial real estate portfolio by managing various roles in acquisition, operations, negotiations & audit.
Chintan started working with Navika Group as an auditor in 2008 and made tremendous progress from Auditor to Controller to Vice President of Accounting within just a few years. Chintan has been the CFO since December 2020.
Before joining Navika, Chintan completed his professional degree in Chartered Accountancy along with his master’s in accountancy and gained his first experience as an accountant with Morgan Stanley as a part of their hedge fund arm. After learning and working with Morgan Stanley for over a year, Chintan moved to America in 2008.
