Chip serves as Transwestern’s Senior Managing Director of Agency Leasing out of Transwestern’s Atlanta office. Chip provides strategic brokerage and consulting services to landlords and investors. Chip provides property marketing and leasing, and financial analysis and transaction negotiation services.
Chip brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience completing over 3,000 leases totaling over 25 million SF. Before joining Transwestern Chip was Executive Vice President, Market Leader at Madison Marquette/PM Realty Group where he was responsible for the successful development, implementation and execution of asset strategies for owners and investors throughout Atlanta. Prior to that he held positions as Vice President at Prentiss Properties Trust and Leggat McCall Properties and Technology Park Atlanta
Chip is a licensed real estate Broker in the states of Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Massachusetts and Louisiana. He is a current member and past President of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) as well as a member of the ACBR’s Million Dollar Club and the NAIOP Million Dollar Club. Chip is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a life member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
