Mr. Ascari is Director of Finance.
Prior to joining Noble in 2025, he served as a Senior Director within EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Real Estate group. He has nearly fifteen years of real estate finance experience and has led valuation, diligence, and strategic advisory engagements representing more than $50.0 billion in transaction volume across real estate asset classes and investor types.
Mr. Ascari earned a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia and an MS in Accounting from the University of Virginia. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is accredited in business valuation (ABV).
