Chris Baird joined Prologis in October 2025 as Director of Leasing in Atlanta, where he oversees leasing activity—new leases and renewals—for significant assets in the I-20 W, 75 NW, and portions of the 85 NE submarkets. Prior to Prologis, Chris served as Regional Leasing Manager at Taurus Investment Holdings from March 2022 to September 2025, directing industrial property leasing across the Southeast, Northeast, and Arizona, successfully closing over 150 transactions totaling 3 million sq ft and more than $100 million in lease value. Earlier, he was Director of Leasing at Finmarc Management (2021–2022), executing over 50 leasing deals worth $30 million, and at The CIM Group (2014–2020), handling East Coast portfolios totaling 2.3 million sq ft and $80 million in transactions. A Georgetown University alumnus, Chris brings strengths in strategic leasing, tenant relationship management, capital improvement coordination, market analytics, and collaboration on acquisitions. His appointment was highlighted by Prologis SVP Kent Mason in June 2025, confirming his instrumental role in the Atlanta market.
