Chris joined CBRE in 2014 as a member of the Puget Sound industrial properties specialty group focusing on leasing and sales in South King, Pierce and Thurston counties where his early successes earned him CBRE Puget Sound Rookie of the Year. Chris thoroughly tracks market activity to fully understand the industrial real estate ecosystem and places great importance on compiling fresh and relevant information. This unique perspective allows him to drive value and create a competitive edge for his clients through informed real estate transactions.
Before joining CBRE, Chris spent over four years with Moss Adams where he built and managed a team of internal accountants. He moved to Seattle from Leavenworth, WA in 1998 to attend the University of Washington and has enjoyed calling the Seattle/Tacoma area home ever since.
