With over 17 years experience in retail real estate, Mr.DeCrosta is the founding principal of GoodSpace NYC. Over his career, Mr.DeCrosta has completed transactions for Apple, Tesla, Supreme, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Isaia, J.Crew, Madewell, Vans and The North Face. These locations have included both neighborhood stores and high-profile flagships in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Paris.
Over the last two decades, Mr.DeCrosta has been intimately involved with many of New York City's emerging markets, such as Meatpacking, SoHo, the Financial District and Williamsburg. An early proponent of Brooklyn and its neighborhoods, he proudly represented Apple, Tesla, Supreme, Vans and many others in the first locations in the borough.
Mr.DeCrosta is a licensed real estate broker in New York, an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and REBNY. Mr. DeCrosta received a B.A. in English from Kenyon College.
