As Vice President, Chris is responsible for directing the day to day leasing activity and property management of Tower's office portfolio and apartment communities. Chris's involvement during the leasing process and the management operations of Tower's office properties allows us to be hands on owners that are accountable to our tenants & residents each and every day. Chris is a graduate of the University of Missouri and has been involved in leasing and property management of office, industrial, retail and multi-family residential properties since 1989. He is a former President of Kansas City IREM Chapter, former President of the Heartland Apartment Association, and currently is a Board Member of the Downtown Kansas City Community Improvement District.
