As the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Triolo’s primary responsibility is to perform as a fiduciary for our shareholders in fulfilling our mission to provide long term stable monthly dividends that increase over time and are accretive to shareholder value. This responsibility involves directly overseeing all of our operations, as well as creating and executing on the company’s corporate development strategy. The implementation of our strategy involves constantly optimizing our proprietary technology application to be ahead of our competitors. We actively monitor the net lease market, analyzing factors that can impact our operations, and doing what is required to mitigate risk and generate superior risk-adjusted returns.
Prior to founding NLXE, Mr. Triolo founded Netleasefinder.com, a leading online marketplace for singlet tenant net lease properties. By focusing on one sector the platform offers investors the ability to scan the market place for available inventory and develop key industry relationships. Mr. Triolo previously worked at Kingsbarn Realty Capital as a Director with a focus on Commercial Real Estate Syndication, Delaware Statutory Trusts, and net lease investment sales. Prior to Kingsbarn, Mr. Triolo was recognized by Danny Ludeman, previous CEO of Wells Fargo Advisors, as being a First-In-Class Financial Advisor. Mr. Triolo started his career at Harvey & Company and Merrill Lynch in Investment Banking and Asset Management.
Mr. Triolo has an international background attending the American School of Dubai (ASD), then the American Community School in Cobham (ACS) and graduating with a degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of San Diego.
