Chris has 15 years’ experience in advising landlords and tenants on their leasing strategies. His last 10 years have been focused on the core London office markets, following secondments abroad and client side. Chris uses his broad real estate background in advising clients on their real estate strategies and uses his extensive negotiation experience to execute rent reviews, lease renewals and leasing strategies. His recent clients have included Mitsui Fudosan, Stanhope, Ashurst LLP and National Australia Bank.
