With over 20 years of experience and 750+ successful retail lease and sale transactions, Chris is a trusted partner to landlords, tenants, and investors. Having relocated from Chicago to Arizona, he now works closely with national and international clients, collaborating with top developers in the Phoenix metro area while continuing to support his Chicago network.
Prior to moving to Arizona, Chris joined Colliers in Chicago in 2019, taking on a newly created role as Senior Vice President, Retail Sales & Leasing. His mission: to launch and lead Colliers’ retail platform in the Chicago region. In this capacity he was charged with expanding Colliers’ retail footprint locally, including both retail sales and leasing services. Known for his open communication and results-driven approach, Chris excels at simplifying complex real estate challenges and creating tailored solutions for his clients. His dedication has earned him numerous awards, including recognition as a CoStar PowerBroker, accolades from the Chicago Association of Realtors and a two-time runner up Greater Food Depository Retail Broker of the Year.
