As Executive Vice President at Fischer and President of CRESA , Chris Joyner oversees various strategic alliances in addition to the operations of Fischer Capital Markets, a subsidiary of Fischer.
Chris personally manages some of CRESA’s largest relationships, including Education Management Corporation (EDMC), Nortel and SAP America, Inc., and he is responsible for the strategic planning and portfolio reporting for these customers. Annually, Chris manages an average of 150 transactions, and throughout his tenure at the firm, he has closed more than $1.8 billion in financial transactions, including single-asset sales, sale-leasebacks and synthetic leases to name a few.
With more than 25 years of real estate experience, Chris has successfully completed more than 24.2 million square feet in real estate transactions, producing nearly $24 million in value-added savings.
