Chris is a senior director in the Charlotte office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 10 years of experience in real estate. He is primarily responsible for institutional-grade office investment sales advisory transactions throughout the southeastern United States. Throughout his career, Chris has been involved in the sale or capitalization of more than $4 billion in commercial real estate transactions across all asset types.
Chris started at HFF in January 2011. Before that, he worked for Lingerfelt Companies, a Richmond, Virginia-based real estate acquisitions, and development firm.
