In addition to almost 30 years of owning and managing investment real estate, Chris has designed and managed construction of several residential buildings. This provided him experience in managing high-efficiency building construction that included installation of insulated concrete forms and radiant floor heat systems. Chris has bought, sold, managed, remodeled, leased, or built dozens of properties over the past 30 years.
