A Wisconsin native, I was born in West Bend, raised in Mukwonago, and moved to Oshkosh in 1988. Active parishioners at Most Blessed Sacrament Parish, My wife Roberta and I have been married since 1991. We've enjoyed many loving and happy years together. Our four English Bulldogs through the years kept us busy as did our many vacations to Florida. We are happy to announce that we have welcomed Archie into our family. A French Bulldog who was born 05/16/2025. He is a character! We have no children, however Roberta has provided day care services in our home for many years. I retired from 30+ years of a truck driving profession and in 2015 received my Real Estate Salesperson License.
The years have proven to be quite successful. Selling multi-millions of dollars worth of properties every year since I started. From Residential Homes, Waterfront Properties, Condos, Multi-Family Units, Commercial Properties, and vacant lots and land. In 2022 I attained my Real Estate Brokers license and started my own Firm using an old nickname I had when I was growing up... C McP. In late 2022, I purchased my own office building at 511 W Murdock Ave., in Oshkosh.
I am just loving everyday I come into work knowing that somebody might just want to sell or buy a house today. I am a “people person” who is extremely helpful, kind, understanding and patient. I am particularly sensitive to the challenges facing first-time home buyers. Helping them find the right home in the right location at the right price is my specialty. I believe that my knowledgeable, fair and friendly approach to real estate makes me a valuable asset to any customer or client—first-time or experienced - whether your buying or selling, first home or last, and any home in between.
