Chris’s extensive work capabilities include valuation for secured lending, company accounts, compulsory purchase orders, taxation, sale and lease back investments, mergers and acquisitions and trading operational entities; agency services including disposals and acquisitions of waste, energy and mineral assets as well as trading operational entities and undertaking site searches.
Chris also provides investment advice including sale and leaseback, asset income strips and funding opportunities; rent and royalty reviews; specialist due diligence and negotiating wayleaves and access rights. He remains actively involved in day to day work for lending institutions including corporate recovery work together with Local Authorities and new start developments to established family businesses and international major operators.
