Chris Mirabal is the Broker/Owner of Mirabal Montalvo & Associates, serving Corpus Christi and Houston, Texas for over 21 years. Specializing almost exclusively in investment and REO properties, Chris is also considered an expert in short-sale negotiations, foreclosure prevention, and asset management protection. His passion lies in revitalizing neglected and dilapidated homes with poor curb appeal—restoring their true value and improving neighborhood comparables.
Chris began his real estate career at just 17 years old, entering the industry at the tail end of a heated market. The challenging environment only fueled his determination. By surrounding himself with experienced mentors and working tirelessly from the ground up, Chris quickly established a strong presence in the market. At the age of 20, he became known as the youngest real estate broker in the state of Texas.
As the market evolved, Chris pivoted into commercial real estate as well as REO and HUD sales to sustain and grow his business. He has built strong working relationships with asset managers on both local and national levels.
Chris has ranked as the #1 Broker in Corpus Christi for closed transactions for three consecutive years. Since 2009, he has remained one of the leading brokers in the area.
