Chris Noble is a Libby, Montana–based entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in heavy civil construction and real estate development. He founded Noble Excavating, Inc. in 1993, growing it into a leading regional construction firm providing excavation, site preparation, paving, utilities, and environmental remediation services across Northwest Montana.
In 2005, Chris established Noble Investment Properties, LLC as the real estate investment and development arm of the Noble enterprise. Through this platform, he has focused on strategic land acquisition and commercial and hospitality-adjacent development opportunities in and around Libby.
By combining real estate ownership with in-house construction capabilities, Chris employs a vertically integrated approach that improves cost control, reduces development risk, and enhances project execution. He remains actively involved in project planning, operations, and community engagement, and is recognized locally for his hands-on leadership and long-term commitment to regional growth.
