Bio
Chris joined the Rhino team in December of 2022 as Director of Asset Management of the multifamily portfolio. Chris’s unique skillset in both asset management and acquisitions adds value to each investment. He is hands on in our multifamily investment approach from facilitating deals on the acquisitions side to an asset’s daily operation and eventual sale on the management side.
Prior to joining Rhino, Chris worked for JRK Property Holdings, a real estate private equity firm based in Los Angeles, CA. He oversaw more than $500 million in multifamily properties across multiple states and underwrote key new deals to continue growing the company’s portfolio with the acquisitions team.
A lifelong ski racer, Chris received his BA from Williams College while racing with the Division I Men’s Alpine Ski Team and later obtained his Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. Chris currently lives in Downtown Boston, but most Sundays you will find him at The Harp rooting for the Bills.sors
