Chris Parreira is a Real Estate Broker Associate with W.C. Miller Properties, serving clients throughout the Central Texas Hill Country. He specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing, working with investors, owner-users, and business owners on acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic leasing opportunities.
Chris approaches every transaction with an ownership mindset, focusing on cash flow, risk, and long-term value. He works closely with clients to evaluate opportunities, position assets effectively, and execute deals efficiently in competitive markets. His background in mortgage lending provides additional insight into capital and deal structure, allowing him to anticipate challenges and keep transactions moving forward.
In addition to his professional work, Chris is deeply involved in industry leadership and the local community. He serves as Vice Chair of the Comal County Government Affairs Committee at the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS®, sits on the Texas REALTORS® Public Policy Infrastructure Committee, and is Vice President of the New Braunfels Noon Lions Club. He was also recognized as a 2025 New Braunfels Rising Star.
