Chris and Lizz Sansone serve as the Managing Partners of The Agency Houston Sugar Land, leading one of the region’s most accomplished and respected real estate teams.
Together, they founded The Sansone Group in 2000, establishing a powerful real estate presence throughout Sugar Land and the greater Houston Metro Area.
With more than 25 years of industry experience each and over $700 million in lifetime sales, Chris and Lizz have built a legacy of excellence grounded in integrity, deep market knowledge, and consistent results. In 2025, The Sansone Group was recognized by the Houston Business Journal as the #10 Real Estate Team in Sales Volume across the entire Houston Metro Area for the 8th straight year and honored as a RealTrends Verified Top Producer—a reflection of their sustained performance and client-centric approach.
Chris, a Northern Virginia native, earned his BA in Radio/TV Communications from Radford University, where he was a three-time varsity letterman in golf. Prior to launching The Agency Houston Sugar Land, he spent nearly 25 years with RE/MAX, serving as a founding member of its Leadership Advisory Council.
A passionate sports enthusiast, he can often be found on the golf course or cheering on Houston’s professional teams. Chris is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Lizz, a native Houstonian and Baylor University graduate, has been recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent in the Houston region for 16 consecutive years by Texas Monthly Magazine—a distinction awarded to fewer than 1% of area agents.
A committed community leader, she is a Founding Member and Past President of the Fort Bend Junior Service League, Past President of the STARS Auxiliary for the Fort Bend County Women’s Center, and Past President of the Fort Bend Literacy Council. She has also been honored as a Fort Bend Jewel by Fort Bend Focus Magazine.
Together, Chris and Lizz lead with experience, heart, and a shared commitment to delivering a luxury real estate experience defined by results, trust and exceptional client relationships.
Chris and Lizz are active members of St. Laurence Catholic Church and are proud to call Sugar Land home, where they live with their dog, Archie.
