Chris Scott is the Atlanta Market Leader at Newmark, where he oversees operations in Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee. Scott is responsible for driving revenue growth, talent recruitment and retention, and business development across the region.
Scott brings extensive leadership experience in Atlanta’s commercial real estate market, having spent nearly two decades at Greenstone Properties, where he led the acquisition and development of office properties, including multiple Class A mixed-use developments. He also has a decade of experience as a tenant representation broker, providing him with unique insight into both the occupier and investor perspectives. Most recently, Scott served as Atlanta Market Leader for Cresa.
Scott joins Newmark amid significant growth in its Atlanta office, with recent high-profile leasing assignments and key talent acquisitions across various capital markets sectors. His leadership will play a vital role in continuing to expand Newmark’s presence in the Southeast.
