Chris joined Transwestern in 2021 to bring his tenacious and results-driven approach to the team and its clients. Chris is an associate specializing in representing businesses through Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions and Agency Leasing Services throughout the Central Texas region. Chris’ mission with each assignment is to maximize organizational and spatial flexibility while securing immediate and long-term successful financial outcomes for his clients through their real estate portfolio strategy.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Chris served as a commercial real estate agent with Global Commercial Properties in San Jose, California, where he made his first breakthrough into the business and learned how to navigate one of the world’s most competitive markets, known as “The Silicon Valley”. To this day, he still serves his clients in California and holds an active real estate license. He prides himself on giving 100% to every client and business, wherever they may be.
Chris is an active member of the North Chamber of San Antonio, Urban Land Institute, and YCRAN (Young Commercial Real Estate Advancement Network), fostering the next generation of professionals by utilizing industry resources and networking opportunities.
