Chris Zaiontz serves as President and Partner at Pearlstone Partners, where he has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth. Under his leadership, Pearlstone’s development portfolio has expanded to include over $1 billion in current and future projects. Chris oversees key aspects of operations, including site acquisitions, entitlements, design, development, and the leadership of the sales and marketing team. His strategic focus also includes fostering new relationships and strengthening connections with capital partners.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas State University and is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designee. An active member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Austin Board of Realtors, he has been a Realtor in Austin since 2010, with early career expertise in residential investment and multi-family sales totaling over $100 million in transactions.
